Built with the licence holder, not around them.

We do not arrive with a fleet of excavators and a plan drawn in London. We pair our capital and technical management with a local licence holder's ground and workforce, and grow production at the pace the deposit can take.

Included

01
Capital for test work, plant and working capital
02
Plant design and technical management sized to the deposit
03
Offtake priced against the London benchmark
04
Worker registration, mercury elimination, tailings management

01Mining

The model

It starts with an existing site under a valid licence. We fund sampling and test work to establish grade and recovery, then invest in crushing, gravity and where the ore needs it a cyanide circuit sized to the deposit. Metal is sold to us under a written offtake. The licence holder keeps the ground.

02Mining

Formalising the site

Mechanising a site is the moment to formalise it. Workers registered, mercury out of the process, water and tailings managed, basic safety in place. These are conditions of our money rather than extras.

03Mining

Where

Current and prospective partnerships are in the DRC, Uganda, Guinea and South Africa. In South Africa that includes tailings retreatment and the reworking of historic ground.

Questions

Asked often.

01Do you buy mining licences outright?

We prefer partnership. The licence holder knows the ground and the community. We bring capital, management and the route to market.

02What size of deposit interests you?

Sites that can support a mechanised operation producing tens of kilograms a year and up. We would rather build a small mine well than a large one badly.
